Contracts Administrator

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the entry of new contracts into the system, tracking and reporting on the health of contracts, and assisting in project administration. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Enter new contracts into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update contract records to ensure all information is current and complete.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance to identify any issues or discrepancies.
  • Generate regular reports on contract health, status, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze contract data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist project managers with contract-related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract requirements are understood and met.
  • Support the preparation and submission of contract modifications, extensions, and renewals.
  • Act as a liaison between the contract management team and other departments.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on contract administration processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role within the construction or general contracting industry.
  • High proficiency in software tools such as SharePoint, PandaDoc, and other relevant systems.
  • Understanding of contract law and experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Proficient in project management, with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
